Ashraf is the manager of the Jordan branch and head of the structural department of Top Notch Engineering Consultancies. He has more than 19 years of experience in structure design across the Middle East and internationally. In the structural engineering field, he has gained extensive experience in structure design competence for mainly structural reinforced concrete, post-tension and steel elements; deep experience in seismic design, shop drawings monitoring and reviewing, rehabilitation and strengthening works, in-depth knowledge of international structural codes (ACI318, UBC97, IBC, ASCE 7, SBC, Jordanian and BS codes). He obtained an unlimited buildings structural engineer licence in UAE – Dubai Municipality (2013). Education: Bachelor of Science Degree in Structural Engineering, Hashemite University, Jordan (2005); Master's degree in Structural Engineering, University of Jordan, Jordan (2010).
