As Lead Consultant, Top Notch designed this project with the concept to provide a flexible and functional multi-use events space at a futuristic destination site in Riyadh. This will form part of a wider complex of entertainment and leisure facilities offering high-end adult, teen and family-orientated entertainment attractions in a uniquely designed environment. The design of this 1200 sqm project is a f it out including restaurants with an attraction area, to include the Flow Rider. The basis of the design focused on maintaining a comfortable atmosphere, despite the fluctuating humidity and temperature whilst providing the customers with the best attraction experience.
